As families continue to adjust to our distance learning program, we wanted to make sure that everyone is able to receive help related to school-issued technology. If you are in need of assistance or have any questions, please use the contact information below.

Please note that if you are having trouble with your internet speed, signal strength or anything relating to the internet service in your home, you should direct those concerns to your internet service provider. 

PLEASE READ BEFORE CONTACTING US:

If your child's iPad needs a 4-digit code to unlock the iPad please check the the asset tag on the back of your iPad. If it starts with:

DS - code is 7100

GS - code is 7200

CS - code is 7300

LS - code is 7400

 

If you need to log into Google Classroom

Username is the email address @glencoveschools.org

Password is your child's student ID number.  You can call the main office and ask for your child's student ID number

 

If you do not see the Google Meet link on Seesaw:

Please check your child's Activities on Seesaw

Click on the lightbulb

Click on the Google Meet link from Seesaw

If you do not see a link, please contact your child's classroom teacher
